How do you travel to camping site from Mumbai or Pune?

One may travel by own vehicle. You can also get from Kalyan Railway Station to the direct camp site on top of Malshej Ghat in Kolwadi (about 13 km from the end of Malshej Ghat) by public transportation or by sharing tourist private vehicles travelling towards Otur, Alephata, or Ahmadnagar. The campground is located precisely in the middle of the Kalyan to Ahmadnagar National Highway. within 100 metres from the main highway inside.

Is malshej Camping safe for couples?

At Malshej, couples and women can camp in complete safety. The bulk of tourists in malshej is couples. Furthermore, assistance is always available at the campsite where someone is always on duty.

Does the campsite have washrooms?

Washroom facilities (common) are available during the stay.
