Take Central line Train • Reach Neral Station • Reach Dasturi Point in Neral (Vehicles are not allowed beyond Dasturi Point) • Use Toy Train, Horses, Handcart to reach Matheran Campsite.

Is Matheran Camping safe for couples?

At Matheran, couples and women can camp in complete safety. The bulk of tourists in Pawna Lake is couples. Furthermore ,assistance is always available at the campsite where someone is always on duty.

What happens after Booking?

After booking you will receive confirmation on your number and a Camp Pass. The Camp Pass will have all the details such as "Camp Host Number" and "Map Directions" to the Campsite.

Does the campsite have washrooms?

Washroom facilities (common) are available during the stay.

How is the Mobile network at Matheran?

Social media surfing and calling operate well on the mobile network. If you wish to make zoom calls the data network is not trustworthy.

We are a group of odd people. Will there be others with whom we have to share tents?
